Hello dear Blinkert friends 🌞. We would like to share this important update on our accessibility 📞.
After the difficult Corona lock-down months we see that Ameland is again busy. Now that the whole of the Netherlands has a holiday, it is very, very busy on Ameland – and therefore also with us.
We are grateful for so many lovely people who want to make a reservation with us. In order to be of the best possible service to everyone, we would like to share the following information with you:
– Reservations can only be made by telephone during our opening hours via 06-12914654.
– Book on time and preferably at least a few days in advance.
– Unfortunately, reservations are not possible via email, Whatsapp, Facebook messenger or the web form.
Due to the many requests and crowds at our desk, it is not always possible to answer the phone directly. Call with number recognition so we can call you back. So it is not necessary to call a few times in a row.
We are very economical on our horses, which means that they are allowed to walk a maximum number of hours per day. In addition, we also have a maximum number of people that can be taken per trip. We are therefore counting on your understanding if certain days or rides are already full. Luckily we are open 7 days a week, so alternatives are enough 😃.
It's important to know that we're still working according to the RIVM corona guidelines. For example, our reception has been moved and our premises are no longer freely accessible. For people who have been with us before, of course, this takes some getting used to. On our info board on the road you can find some more information. Follow the walking routes and directions of our staff. This way we can safely enjoy the beautiful Ameland together.
We wish you all a wonderful summer. Be careful!
