If you have any complaints about compliance with safety requirements at our accommodation, please let us know as soon as possible. This will enable us to quickly resolve any unsafe situations. We handle all complaints in the same way:
- Submit your complaint verbally to the receptionist on duty.
- If the complaint is not handled properly, you can submit your complaint in writing to Rijstal De Blinkert within two weeks, via veiligheid@rijstaldeblinkert.nl. The complaint must be clearly described with a clear substantiation of your position and can never be submitted anonymously.
- You will receive a written response from or on behalf of Mark Manje within two weeks.
- If you do not agree with the response or if you have complaints about matters relating to safety and/or the safety certificate in general, and you cannot reach agreement with the owner, you can submit these complaints in writing and not anonymously to the Safe Equestrian Sports Foundation, info@veiligpaardrijden.nl (Safe Equestrian Sports Foundation), Kapweg 30, 3774 RD Kootwijkerbroek.
- The Safe Equestrian Sports Foundation will inform you within two weeks about how your complaint will be handled.
Please submit your questions, complaints, and ideas regarding safety to your instructor, the riding school owner, or other riding school staff. We can then initiate improvements!
