- During riding on the premises or elsewhere, wearing a safety helmet and appropriate equestrian clothing with suitable footwear is mandatory.
- Parents/guardians of children must supervise their children as much as possible and inform them about the dangers and risks of playing at an equestrian facility.
- Playing on forage (straw, hay, and silage bales) and machinery is not permitted.
- Except for explicitly designated areas, smoking is prohibited throughout the entire premises, including on horseback or in a carriage.
- Instructions from stable staff and instructors must be followed.
- Stable aisles must be tidy and free of obstacles. Tack, grooming supplies, tools, etc., must be put away immediately after use in their designated areas.
- The tack used by each combination (including boarding customers) must be well-maintained and checked for defects and wear at least once a month.
- People on the premises must behave calmly and stay at a safe distance from the arena. They must not interfere with the riding/instruction without permission.
- Dogs are welcome if kept on a leash.
- During riding, arena rules must be observed.
- Alcohol consumption before or during riding or driving is not allowed.
- Customers and/or volunteers may only groom lesson horses and ponies, lead them to and from the stable, and tack up or untack them under the supervision of stable staff.
- Customers and/or volunteers may care for lesson horses and ponies without supervision if they have sufficient knowledge and experience, and the facility owner has approved this.
- The riding ability of new customers will be assessed practically by the instructor. The instructor will assign riders to different groups according to their level.
- The use of a mobile phone is not allowed during riding.
- The facility owner has the right to refuse entry with immediate effect to any visitor who acts in violation of these house rules.
